Independent agency network Renaissance said it made a major enhancement to its member platform, calling it the industry’s only fully integrated, artificial intelligence-enabled ecosystem built specifically for independent agencies.

“Independent agencies are being asked to compete in a modern market with outdated tools. At Renaissance, agencies have an operating system that unifies their data, their workflows, and our network services into one intelligent platform,” said Tess Mintzer, chief product officer at Renaissance. “Our new AI products leverage that foundation to give agencies speed, insight, and a competitive edge they simply can’t get anywhere else.”

Redesigned from the ground up with direct input from agency principals, the updated platform connects operations, growth services, carrier partnerships, and AI powered insights into one cohesive experience. Its purpose is to eliminate fragmentation and help agencies operate with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence.

Key benefits include:

  • A faster, modern user experience: A clean, simplified interface improves navigation and dramatically reduces clicks across analytics, AI workflows, and services.
  • Insights the moment you log in: A new insights first homepage surfaces essential metrics including revenue trends, carrier activity, retention, and growth opportunities without searching.
  • Tailored views for every role: Role-based permissions ensure owners, producers, account managers, and support staff see only the tools and data relevant to their responsibilities.
  • Expanded operational and growth capabilities: Agencies can now access enhanced services, including hiring and recruiting support, directly within the platform.
  • A unified destination for Renaissance growth services: Members can access the network’s most impactful resources from a single hub, including placement and market support; commission reconciliation and policy servicing; digital marketing services; benchmarking and performance analytics; and AI tools designed specifically for independent agencies.

Through secure integrations with member agency management systems, Renaissance ingests daily operational data, then cleans, normalizes, and enriches it inside an enterprise grade data warehouse. This intelligence flows back to agencies through platform dashboards, offering clarity no spreadsheet or generic tool can match. Renaissance’s AI is powered by a unique, scaled dataset drawn from independent agency operations.

Renaissance said it is the only agency network that designs and engineers its AI internally.
