The department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigated a whistleblower complaint filed against New Mexico-based Legacy Energy and Distribution LLC that alleged a construction crew was installing a pipeline without following federal regulations. American International Group Inc. made it official with an announcement today that Eric Anderson will become president and CEO on June 1. Most recently a member of Aon Plc’s executive committee, Anderson will succeed current AIG CEO Peter Zaffino, who will become executive chair of the company’s board of directors.
